The below are some of our Frequently Asked Questions, or information that could help any potential or existing customers:

Q: Why are your products more expensive on Etsy than your website?
A: Etsy charge VAT on all digital products, therefore all of the products on my Etsy shop have this added to the price (this money goes directly to Etsy). As I am not registered for VAT I do not charge this on my products bought directly from the website.

Q: Why are your pages mainly only available in Canva, and not in Word or PDF editing software?
A: I decided to design my pages in Canva as they allow me to create beautiful templates that can be accessed by anyone for free. Word is not meant for design, and not everyone can access PDF editing software. Canva is a brilliant platform for creating family history books or documents, and I provide an instruction guide with each purchase.

Q: All of my research is in Word, how can I transfer this to my Canva document without re-typing everything.
A: You can just copy and paste directly from Word to Canva.
