FAQs

Q: How do you package the prints?
A: The prints are carefully packaged to protect against inclement weather and the general postal system! I place the prints on cardboard backing which is then placed inside a plastic sleeve to protect from damp. This is then posted in a hardbacked envelope. This means that there is cardboard backing on each side of the prints for added protection.

Q: How are the images printed?
A: The images are printed on a black & white laser printer.

Q: How old are the images on the prints?
A: I source images that are a minimum of 100 years old to ensure that they are 'antique'.

Q: Why are the prints listed as antique when you are printing them yourself?
A: It is not the physical print/page that is the antique, but the original image that is being printed. This is made clear in the listing descriptions. I class the actual page the print is printed on as 'vintage' as it is over fifty years old but the page itself is not antique.

Q: Do you have any prints in colour, or will you in the future?
A: No. I only print in black & white.
